In IF:45 you’ll learn what fasting window works best for YOU. We will discuss tips and hacks for when you’re in certain situations that may be a challenge for you.
Sleep
Sleep is the most important thing when it comes to your success. You will learn sleep strategies that will positively impact you and how you feel.
Nutrition
Food matters, but I know it’s overwhelming with all the information out there. You need to be fueling your body with the right amount of macronutrients (protein, fats, carbs) if you want sustainability.
Mindset
Having a positive mindset is very important. Being in a group of like-minded women will help your success long term.
Movement
We are not meant to be still 24/7. We NEED to move our bodies. I will talk about different activities that will make you feel amazing. Movement makes us happy and that will keep you motivated.
