I’m Shannon Tabor, a wife and mom to an amazing daughter, Paityn. I’m also a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Personal Trainer.

My passion is to help working moms improve their energy, get better sleep, and create fat loss that lasts through simple nutrition and lifestyle changes.

My goal for them is to do this without all of the stress, anxiety, and fear that can be felt when making healthy changes.

My Story

I struggled for many years with exhaustion, poor sleep, and weight fluctuation. I thought that all those things were normal because I was a mom and was told multiple times that it would get better. I later learned that it was definitely not normal!

I tried so many things that were not sustainable for my lifestyle. I wanted easy, quick results, and thought if I just lost weight that would fix everything. I finally realized that if I wanted to feel my best, have more energy, and stop the vicious cycle of gaining and losing the same weight over and over, I had to find something that would work for good.

I decided to go back to school and learn more about what actually causes us to have the symptoms that we have. This has been a game changer for me and has given me so much knowledge that I can’t wait to share it with you! I want you to feel your best so that you can give your all to your family, friends, and community.
