How To Stay On Track This Summer

I think the feeling of summer has finally hit over here. How about for you? The heat, the parties, playdates for my daughter, and the weddings are all on the calendar. When this happens, we get super busy caring for others and forget to take care of ourselves. Am I right, mama? So I wanted to share some things to help get you through this busy time.

PLAN. Always sit down and fill in your calendar. I’m a paper girl, but do what works for you. :) You can do it weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to see when you have things going on. Always sit down before the week starts though to refresh yourself. This will help with the planning of meals, exercise, YOUR quiet time, and grocery shopping for the week.

ACCOUNTABILITY. Find a friend or two that are in the same season of life as you. Wanting to be healthier and feel their best! You can hold each other accountable with your goals. Water intake, nutrition, exercise. Maybe even share some recipes or ideas with one another. 

MINDSET. Think positive thoughts. It is summer and you need to have fun and enjoy yourself. You can do this while still improving your health. YAY!
